Order Cancellation
Order cancellations may be possible under certain extreme circumstances, such as incorrect order placement or unforeseen events, provided the arrangement has not yet been prepared.
Please contact us immediately at info@roseart.ae or by phone to inquire about order cancellation.
Cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
In the event that a cancellation or refund is approved by management, refunds will be made strictly onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
