Payment & Records

• We accept various payment methods online, including Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).

• All payments are processed securely through reputable payment gateways. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment information you provide is accurate and complete.

• Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

• The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

Delivery

• Delivery charges may apply and will be calculated based on the delivery address and order size.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as traffic and weather conditions.

• We are not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances.

• Rose Art Flowers is domiciled in the United Arab Emirates. We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
